Hi.. already follow the procedure you've said although na convert ko na un payroll period to monthly still un withholding tax is pang semi monthly pa rin cya kya overstated na din un net payroll..

You can create a monthly paysheet from the semi-monthly sample.

1. Open Sweldista Payroll. Under Payroll menu, click on 'Create New Paysheet' - 'Blank Paysheet'.
2. On the following screen, enter the filename of your NEW MONTHLY PAYSHEET.
3. On the next screen which will ask for the template, select the SEMI-MONTHLY PAYSHEET (Sample2013-SemiMonthly-Pay-And-Rate.paysheet or other file)
4. On the succeeding screen that will ask for the payroll period configuration, select MONTHLY.
